- Helpdesk Support TipsIn view of the rapid growth of the technical support requests during the suspension of face-to-face class and the special work period, ITO would like to share some tips on some frequently raised support issues. For common questions such as CNA locked-out issues, VPN, and Multiple Authentication (MFA) setup, please contact campus local IT support staff. For other support requests, you can raise your request by ITO Helpdesk Staff Portal or email to ito-helpdesk@vtc.edu.hk when the hotline is busy.
- Two Factor Authentication For StudentVTC has offered an efficient security measure "Two Factor Authentication (2FA)" service that integrated with part of online services. Please follow few steps to register, then you can be authenticated by “Mobile App (iOS or Android)” or “SMS” from Internet Access. - Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Home UseWe are pleased to inform you that our contract for the Kaspersky Endpoint Security Protection Software has been successfully renewed. To ensure continued protection and compliance with our licensing agreement, all colleagues who currently have the Home Use Endpoint Security Software installed must update or reinstall the software according to the instructions provided below. This action must be completed by March 2, 2024. For users of Kaspersky Endpoint Security on MS Windows: • Installation Guide (Windows) • License Key For users of Kaspersky Endpoint Security on Mac OS: • Installation Guide (Mac OS) • License Key Please note that this update is mandatory only for the Home Use Kaspersky Endpoint Security Software users.
